Audi Q6L e-tron
The Audi Q6L e-tron is a new electric product from Audi, as it is based on the PPE platform jointly developed and built by Audi and Porsche. Compared to the previous generation platform, the new platform achieves a 30% reduction in energy consumption and a 33% increase in performance. The battery cell layout is more compact, the capacity has increased significantly, and the energy density has improved by 30%. Based on the 800V electrical architecture, the vehicle's range and charging performance are more balanced and outstanding. The optimization of the three-electric system brings about an improvement in space, a better driving experience, faster charging speed, and longer range.

After being introduced into China, the Audi Q6L e-tron was lengthened. Its dimensions are 4884/1965/1687mm, with a wheelbase of 2995mm, making it slightly larger than the Audi Q5L and positioned as a mid-size SUV. As "the light factory", the highlights of the Audi Q6L e-tron include matrix LED headlights, digital daytime running lights, digital OLED taillights, and a light-up logo. The new car still retains the classic design concept of the Audi family.

The interior of the Audi Q6L e-tron has not been released yet, but the domestic version will focus on upgrading smart features, with a higher level of intelligence than the overseas version that has been released so far, and a dedicated system tailored for Chinese consumers. The Audi Q6 e-tron overseas features a brand-new OLED technology 14.5-inch multimedia curved screen, a 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, and a 10.9-inch passenger screen, as well as an AR-HUD, voice control that recognizes 800 phrases, and 70+ Apps. It also comes equipped with a 22-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. The interior design also pays attention to the use of materials.

In terms of power, the Audi Q6L e-tron will offer both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions: the rear-wheel drive system output power is 255 kW, and the four-wheel drive system output power is 345 kW. The Audi Q6L e-tron battery pack capacity is 107 kWh, and its CLTC range exceeds 700 kilometers. The car comes standard with 800V charging technology and a maximum DC charging power of 270 kW, which can increase the SoC from 10% to 80% in 25 minutes. If charged at a 400V charging station, the 800V battery will automatically divide into two batteries with equal voltages, allowing for parallel charging with a maximum power of 135 kW.

The Audi Q6L e-tron is a groundbreaking product for Audi's electric lineup, the first product launched on the PPE platform, and it will have significant improvements in range, charging speed, space, and intelligence, while its driving experience is expected to be closer to that of a petrol-powered Audi car. However, the Audi Q6L e-tron has a relatively conservative exterior design, without adopting innovative designs, which makes it easy for people to overlook the huge changes within.
● New Mercedes-Benz G-Class
Although it is a mid-cycle update of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, if you are not a die-hard "G" fan, you may not notice much difference in the new large "G". Perhaps this is the classic of the car. The front grille and front bumper of the new car have been optimized, and the rear bumper has been adjusted. However, it can be said that the main changes are in the details, and the overall design is basically maintained at the current model.

The interior of the new car is the focus on replacing the steering wheel with a new one, which has appeared in many Mercedes models. The dual-screen central control panel is still used, but the UI interface of the MBUX entertainment system has changed. The integration degree of the physical button area below the air outlet is higher, but the precious quartz watch is also cancelled. The touch panel of the multimedia system has also been optimized, and the glossy panel is no longer used.

The power system is the biggest change in the new Mercedes-Benz G500 model. The 4.0T V8 engine is replaced by the 3.0T L6 engine, although two cylinders are missing and the displacement is reduced, but the power is increased by 20 kW, but the torque is reduced by 50 Nm. However, the 0-100km/h acceleration time has been improved from 5.9 seconds to 5.4 seconds. Thanks to the addition of a 48V mild hybrid system, it is expected to bring lower fuel consumption. The official fuel consumption is 10.9-12.3L/100km, which is up to 2L/100km less than the current model. The new car still comes equipped with three locks.

It is often difficult to make changes to classic models, as the classics are etched into people's minds and it is hard to surpass them. However, preserving the classic elements to the greatest extent may be the key to sustained interest in the product. Of course, the new Mercedes-Benz G-Class is not without significant changes, such as the elimination of the V8 engine in line with the prevailing environmentalism. This innovation will be appreciated by the upper classes. Meanwhile, the new engine not only does not compromise power but also improves performance, and has more outstanding fuel economy.
